Life Coaching
My coaching philosophy
My ears are my gateway to listening and understanding.
By listening attentively, I tap into all of my senses and the cues that are showing up in my clients, both verbal and non-verbal.
I’ve honed my active listening skills through 30+ years as a public servant, mostly in management of projects reliant upon the development and nurturing of strong, highly functional, and diverse teams.
I care passionately about teams, the individuals who comprise them, and how best to leverage the unique skills and experiences that each member possesses.
How coaching works
My coaching practice honours and nurtures people where they are while gently encouraging them to build skills and competencies to move to where they want to be.
I collaborate with clients to support them in their unique developmental journey through:
Mutual respect
A commitment to strong collaboration and “co-creation” of pathways and next steps during coaching sessions
The client’s commitment to working hard individually between sessions on a comprehensive set of practices
My commitment to offer a tailored coaching program uniquely designed for my client’s needs
My Services
We’re all unique, so there’s no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to a coaching path. Life coaching is helpful for both personal and professional goals, and there is often an overlap in focus areas and skills building between the two.
In either case, I can help you assess where you are now, and develop clear and measurable developmental objectives to support your move to where you would like to be.
Personal life coaching
Focus areas include objectives such as:

Getting “unstuck”, from a job that doesn’t feel quite right

Joanne Hunt and Laura Divine are the founders of Integral Coaching Canada Inc. They decided to create an advanced adult education program that would set a new standard for human development training.
They wanted to give students the means to truly embody what they were learning, not just have students memorize theories and techniques.
I am first and foremost a listener and a certified Integral Professional Coach™. Learn a little more about me and the path that encouraged me to help others through this program.
